Ingredients:
- 250 g mascarpone cheese
- 3 eggs
- 100 g sugar
- 200 ml Bellacafé coffee (strong and cooled)
- Ladyfinger biscuits
- Cocoa powder for dusting
Instructions:
- Separate the egg whites from the yolks. Whisk the yolks with the sugar until the mixture becomes pale and creamy.
- Add the mascarpone cheese to the sweetened egg yolks and mix until smooth.
- Beat the egg whites until stiff peaks form, then gently fold them into the mascarpone mixture.
- Briefly dip the ladyfinger biscuits into the Bellacafé coffee and arrange them at the bottom of a dish.
- Spread a layer of mascarpone cream over the soaked biscuits.
- Repeat the layers until all ingredients are used, finishing with a layer of cream on top.
- Generously dust the top with cocoa powder.
- Refrigerate for at least 4 hours (preferably overnight) before serving to allow the flavors to meld perfectly.
